For over half a century, Molyslip has been a trusted name in lubrication across Canada. The journey began in the early 1960s when Molyslip products first arrived in the country, quickly proving their value in solving tough lubrication challenges. In the late 1960s, Les Joyce discovered the Molyslip line and was captivated by the science behind it. He saw firsthand how these advanced lubricants could extend equipment life, reduce friction, and enhance performance across various industries. His passion for innovation turned into a mission: to provide real solutions for lubrication problems using Molyslip’s proven formulations.
Determined to bring this vision to life, Les founded Molyslip Industrial Lubricants Inc. in June 1972, establishing it as an independent Canadian company. What started as one man’s dedication to quality and performance has grown into a family business that continues to thrive today.
